My friend, my wife and myself playing Mario Kart Wii over a span of 3 hours. This was done using a TI-83 calculator as an intervalometer for my Canon Rebel XT. This is my first time lapse attempt, which I don’t think turned out that bad (except I forgot to manually set the white balance!).

Project by Stephen Jack, Michael Khalil, Nicholas Verdos. Using the Wii-mote and Nunchuk motion sensor, buttons and joystick, the player controls the beat (tempo), loudness and commencement of the orchestra. By "pointing" at different regions of the virtual orchestra with the joystick, the player can foreground the solo violin, horn section, percussion or woodwinds according to priority in the musical score playing. It gives the player a chance to experiment without different outcomes by manipulating the musical response in varying ways. It is not a literal translation of the conducting experience but provides a realistic simulation of the notion of interpreting the music with dynamic results. This project was developed in the Interactive Sound Studio 2008 University of Sydney.

I’m considering selling my old gamecube system (the cable that plugs into the TV is dead) and buying a Wii. How much do they cost new and used at Gamestop, and how much does Gamestop pay for used G-cubes?

a few years ago i remember the the used gamecubes were about 60 dollars, but that has probably went down to 40 or 50 dollars. so i don’t think you will get that much for the used game cube. a new wii cost about 250, and i’m not sure if i have even seen a used wii yet.

This is a catchy puzzle game which requires some getting used to but packs some unique challenge that separates it from other puzzle games like Tetris and Columns. Make bittos (or bits) blocks of more than 4 square things to score points and keep a multiplier going full speed ahead. Let’s Play: Mad World [Wii][HD] – Part 3: Little… Eddie?
Finish the sections of the station, which include two bloodbath challenges, before facing down with the boss of this level, Little Eddie. This guy is simple once you get used to the controls. Backflip away from him and hit him with the chainsaw when he is dazed. If he grabs you, if you win the confrontation, you can do heavy damage to him.
Make sure that annotations are on, or else you’ll have missed the point of this entire video. This is a special video in which I discuss the various hot topics surrounding Mario Kart Wii and my show. Because of the ten minute limit on video length, I could not fit in every single topic or fact that I had originally planned to include. So for the deleted scenes, please read the following paragraphs. Tracks: My best track is SNES Mario Circuit 3. My worst track is GBA Shy Guy Beach. Almost all of the tracks have an elongated design with way too many straightaways for bikes to wheelie on. GBA Bowser Castle 3 and DS Delfino Square get picked too often and it is reflected on my show. N64 Mario Raceway is currently the only track to have appeared in every season. Recording: I record using a DVD player. The input channel used to transmit the video from the Wii to the screen through the DVD player causes a half-second lag. This is different from the lag present in online gameplay. Procedure: During recording sessions, I record every non-mirror race and then select the best race to post for the show. I dislike mirror races so much that I intentionally skip recording them. Friends: The Rich Petty Crew is just a title; it is not a clan. If you ask for my FC, then I will only ignore you. I do not force my friends or anyone else to do anything.
